Automated Custom Emails for Bidders and Staffs:

With this feature, you can generate automated custom emails for bidders and staffs as per your convenience. There are many in-built options available for bidder email creation like an email message will be sent when a bidder creates an account, request to reset a password, win a bidding asset, place a maximum bid on an item, account gets approved , and more. Similarly, you can set up custom emails for staffs like they will receive an email when a new bidder sign up an account, auction starts, auction ends, bidder buys an asset using “Buy Now” and “Make an Offer” choice, etc. You have full privilege to enable/disable the automated email options available in the platform as per your preference or you can also fully customize it based on your needs.

Manage staffs, roles and permissions
