The following terms and conditions apply to all auctioneers who choose to use our Online Auction Platform solutions and services. By subscribing to our Online Auction Platform, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, then it’s recommended to not use our services.

We may change this terms and conditions if required. If we make any changes to our terms and conditions, we will notify you by sending message to your email registered with us and we will also upload a notice on our website letting know users of the change.

- AuctionsCast has no interference and does not accept any responsibility for the authenticity, features, genuineness, origin, authorship, date, age, period, condition or quality of any lot posted by auctioneers for auctions.
- Once Auctioneers start subscribing to our Online Auction Platform services, we will integrate the platform in their website and other devices as per their convenience then we will completely provide them the ownership of the platform fully white-labelled. They can use it as per their choice and business requirements. We don’t have any interference between the auctioneers and their bidders.
- After you complete your registration with AuctionsCast for using the online auction platform, you will be allotted unique user id and a password. Further, you can change your password for protection and security. The User is solely responsible for all use as well as for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of its User ID and password.
- AuctionsCast has a subscription plan of either monthly or yearly.
- Once after taking subscription from us for using our Online Auction Platform as yours either in monthly or yearly plan, if you want to further cancel it in between your subscription tenure or before your subscription ends, then we will not refund you any money back but will cancel your subscription plan so that after your plan ends, the recurring payment will be terminated and the upcoming subscription money won’t get deducted.
- Auctioneers may terminate, change or discontinue any aspect of the site, including the availability
of the features, at any time. They may remove, modify or otherwise change any content, features or
styling as per their business requirements.
- You agree not to put any material into the AuctionsCast online auction software which contains any viruses, or other computer programming practices that may damages, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any data or personal information.
- You are solely responsible for all actions and activities conducted with your username along with agree not to use your username for any unauthorized purpose. You agree not to disclose your username to any third party vendor, and to take all required precautions to prevent unauthorized use of such username by any third party.
- Please read these Terms of Agreement carefully before accessing or using our online software. By accessing this online platform you signify your understanding and agreement to these Terms of Use. The information and services on this online platform are provided by AuctionsCast subject to your agreement to the following Terms of Agreement. These Terms of Agreement should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy for this Online Auction Platform.
- Any disputes or differences arising between AuctionsCast and Auctioneers in connection with the implementation of the terms and conditions shall be resolved in a peaceable manner by the parties.
Failing such friendly resolution of differences either party may refer the matter to arbitration of a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Managing Director of AuctionsCast. The Arbitration law and proceedings shall be governed and regulated by the provisions of Indian Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996. The award granted by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The venue for arbitration shall be at the location where the concerned office of AuctionsCast is located.
- This Agreement is construed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any conflict of laws.
- The exclusive jurisdiction shall be at the courts of Delhi
